  1. Gather the ingredients.
    Be sure to thoroughly wash the dried shrimp as they may occasionally contain tiny particles of sand.
  2. First, add 1/2 Large Onion, 2 Cloves of Garlic, 1-2 Green Chilies, 1 Ghost Pepper, and some water to the blender or the food processor and blend well.
  3. And, add grated coconut to the blender or the food processor and blend well.
  4. Then, take a pan and add 4 tbsp Oil to the pan and add 1 Garlic Clove, 1 tsp Mustard seed, 2-3 Green Chilies, Curry Leaves, and Pandan Leaves and fry well.
  5. Next, add 1/2 Large Onion to the pan and mix well. After that, add 50g of Small Dried Shrimp to the pan and fry them well for 2-3 minutes.
    Make sure smalls dried shrimps are washed and rinsed well.
  6. Then add the Coconut mixture and mix well and let it fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Next add 1/4 tsp Tumeric Powder, 1 tsp Black Pepper, and 1/2 tsp Salt and mix well.
  8. Finally, mix everything together and add salt to taste if needed, and ENJOY!!!
