Hey Guys, so who likes fish? Most probably every Sri Lankan? It is in our blood to like fish because we are from an island right? But still, some of us get fed up with eating fish as a curry every day. But the dish I am gonna show you today will change that. It is a spicy tempered fish dish. If you make this dish, you can even enjoy it as a family. Trust me, everyone will love it.
As we have all experienced, It is really hard to make breakfast on busy days, but this dish is so easy that you will forget how busy you are. So to make this, I have used the yellowfin tuna but you can use thalapath or shark fish or whatever the fish you like. But I do not think small fish will go well with this recipe because when you put small fish into hot oil, they tend to break.
So whenever you are making this, make sure to make a dhal curry or a potato curry to go with this dish because this dish is somewhat dry. So yeah, why wait? Go and make this dish. Let me know how it turns out.
