Spicy Sausage Stir Fry
Description
This simple sausage stir fry is a perfect quick breakfast or dinner, and you can change it up with different types of sausage. This is my go-to version.
Ingredients
Instructions

First, take a pan and add 4 tbsp of Oil. After the oil gets hot, add the Sausages to the pan and fry well.

Next, while it is frying, add chili powder to the pan.

And, mix well and fry for at least 5 minutes on Medium-High heat.

After that, add 1/2 Large Onion.
Make sure to keep 1/2 of the remaining Onion till the last step. -
And, add some Curry Leaves to the pan and mix well.

Next, mix well for a few minutes and add Banana Peppers and Green Chilies and mix again well for a few minutes.

Then, add Chili Flakes to the mix and fry well.

After that, add 1 tsp of Black Pepper and 1 1/2 tsp of Salt and mix well.

Finally, add the remaining Onion and Tomatoes.

And, mix well.

And, cook for 5 minutes and ENJOY!!!
